1. How long have you taken music classes?
I have taken lessons for three years.
2. What instrument(s) do you play?
I play Drums and Guitar. I also sing in choir at my school.
3. Who are your favorite musical artists?
My favorite musical artists are Bruno Mars, Coldplay, and Bad Bunny.
4. What are your short and long term goals with music?
My short-term goal with music is to learn different types of music. My long term goal is to be able to create my own music.
5. What is your favorite part about taking music lessons?
My favorite part about taking music lessons is that I get to explore the world of music.
6. What are your hobbies?
I like to be creative in my own ways by playing music and sports. I play soccer and basketball.
7. What are some of your favorite foods?
I like pupusas, crepes, and spaghetti bolognese.
8. What is the coolest thing you've learned in your lessons recently?
I have learned that the Strokes drummer really keeps his bass drum and snares tight. I am learning Reptilia by the Strokes.
9. Do you have any performances coming up or have you had a performance recently?
I played with a band this summer at the VFW as a guitarist and I plan to perform drums at the next Brighter Minds recital.
10. Why should other people play music?
Other people should play music because it calms and brings a lot of joy to a person's soul.
