What? I have been teaching private music lessons for 20 YEARS! How is that possible?
I have the best job in the world to enrich peoples’ lives through music. I have taught hundreds (more likely thousands including group classes) of students throughout the years. Part of my favorite thing about teaching is to watch someone’s musical growth through music. To be part of the “ah-ha!” moments of discovery - having students find their own voice and creativity through music.

"What's your favorite dance?" was asked to random people on a TikTok video. The next clip showed people dancing their favorite dance from around the world. People were dancing all different styles, but what it showed you is the shared connection of the love of dancing and music.

We will... we will... rock you! Get started learning how to use the drumset with rock music. Explore the different drums and cymbals and how they combine to make rock music. Practice playing popular riffs and impress your friends.

“SOUND PICTURES” WITH PERCUSSION WORKSHOP
Create your own "sound-pictures" using a variety of percussion instruments designed to inspire your imagination. Learn about the different percussion instruments used in a variety of music.

GUITAR & UKULELE TRICKS WORKSHOP
Treat yourself to the special techniques that make the guitar and ukulele such fun, unique instruments. After reviewing the basic principles, we will explore things like barre chords, right hand tapping, natural/artificial harmonics, sweep picking, and various percussive sounds. This class is for guitar or ukulele players with at least six months experience with any type of guitar or ukulele.

How long have you taken music lessons?
I have taken guitar for lessons for four and a half years and I just started taking piano lessons for around six months.
What instrument do you play?
I have played guitar for four and a half years and I have played piano now for around six months. I also have taken voice lessons in the past.
