About the team

Who would you be working with?
You would be working directly with the owner of a music school, which helps hundreds of people make music every week with in-person and online lessons.  You will help with administrative tasks to help the school run smoothly, as well as a variety of other projects to help the owner’s day run smoothly. :)

What strengths do you bring to this role? 
I want to make sure that you are good fit for this position and work to your strengths.  The virtual assistant will: 

  • Reply timely to emails

  • Manage spreadsheets quickly and efficiently

  • Chat with team members and create action items from meetings

  • Enjoy research and learning new things

  • Ask questions to clarify tasks

  • Complete recurring tasks and projects 


Technology we use

Familiar with using the following: 

  • Google Suite (gmail, calendar, sheets): able to manage email

  • Clickup:  able to manage projects, recurring and day-to-day tasks

  • Mailchimp / Active Campaign:  help manage email campaigns


Other projects

Bonus if you can help with the following:

  • Graphic Design: social media graphics, newsletter design, help design flyers

  • Social Media:  schedule posts, monitor accounts

  • Website:  updating drag-and-drop websites


Hours

Hours are flexible. I would be interested in a retainer of around 5-10 hours per week


Pay

Pay is negotiable
